Suggested Use: Thoroughly mix or blend1 tablespoon
of Grapefruit Fiber powder into at least 8-12 oz of water, juice or
other beverage and drink immediately. This product can be consumed
several times a day, preferably before meals or at bedtime. Always be
sure to drink additional water or other fluids throughout the day.
