If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, regardless of the reason, you can simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price less any applicable restocking charges.
If a product has not arrived within 10 day we will reship the order immediately.
All orders are shipped together with a tracking number
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All other packages of the same product must be in a factory sealed container and, if applicable, in the original packaging for refund. Open items with less than 50% of the product will not be accepted for refund. Customers are responsible for the postage on return items and will not be refunded for those charges. We will credit your account once we receive your return. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sales tax is only collected on orders shipping to California, USA addresses and only on items that are taxable. Payment of any other taxes, fees, duties or charges associated with any taxing or other government authority are the purchaser's responsibility.
